Dodgers Break Their Own Single-Season Home Attendance Franchise Record in 2026

The National League West champions closed out the 2026 regular season with a total home attendance of 4,034,219, averaging 49,805 fans per game. The previous franchise record of 4,012,470 had been set last season, when Los Angeles became the first team in franchise history to exceed 4 million in a single season.

By surpassing 4 million in back-to-back seasons, the Dodgers joined rare company. No team had achieved that feat in consecutive seasons since the New York Yankees did so across the 2005 through 2008 seasons. The Dodgers first crossed the 3 million threshold in 1978.

Dodger Stadium hosted 40 crowds of 50,000 or more during the season, including 14 sellouts.

Road Attendance and Playoff Picture

With three games remaining on the road in San Francisco, the Dodgers also lead all major league teams in road attendance, drawing 2,820,413 at opposing ballparks — an average of 36,159 per game.

The all-time major league record for single-season home attendance stands at 4,483,350, set by the Colorado Rockies during their inaugural 1993 season, when the team played at Mile High Stadium in Denver.
