Several establishments received scores in the low-to-mid 80s range. Malco Theaters at 7930 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN 38133 scored 85, as did Luula Restaurant & Grill at 2439 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38112, and Great Hunter Crab LLC on US Highway 64, Memphis, TN 38133.

Cavalry Episcopal Church at 102 N. Second St., Memphis, TN 38103 received a score of 84. Walt & Ricky's at 1 Dr. M.L.K. Jr. Ave., Memphis, TN 38103 scored 82.

Southern Hands at 1811 Kirby Pkwy., Germantown, TN 38138 received a score of 80. Inspectors noted that the location was asked to close due to a broken breaker box that left proper holding equipment unable to maintain temperatures at or below 41 degrees, with no additional cooling measures available. Inspectors also noted that air conditioning was not functioning throughout the building, including the kitchen, lobby, and restroom areas.

Establishment Ordered to Remain Closed

2 Star Jr. at 2531 Chelsea Ave., Memphis, TN 38108 received the lowest score of 64. According to inspectors, the establishment must remain closed until hot water is restored and a follow-up inspection has been completed.
